Regional Management Team

 


Team Coordinator:

Facilitates Regional Management Team meetings and coordinates agendas while overseeing chapter and regional standing rules, job descriptions, and long-range planning. Maintains the regional calendar, develops support staff as needed, and communicates regularly with international headquarters to ensure effective governance.

Education Coordinator:

Oversees regional educational programs, curriculum planning, and faculty coordination in collaboration with other coordinators. Manages long-term education planning, performance approvals, and regional training initiatives such as the ACP, YWIH, and DCP. Works closely with Events and Marketing to support and promote educational opportunities, and maintains communication with international headquarters.

Membership Coordinator:

Represents chapter management and membership interests on the Regional Management Team, serving as a liaison for chapter needs and concerns. Develops and implements programs focused on membership growth, retention, and chapter revitalization in coordination with other team members and international headquarters.

Events Coordinator:

Coordinates and manages all logistics for regional programs and events, including venue selection, contract negotiation, on-site arrangements, and registration. Collaborates with Marketing and Education Coordinators and maintains communication with international headquarters to ensure smooth event execution.

Finance Coordinator:

Manages all regional financial resources, including budgeting, banking, record-keeping, contract negotiation, and non-dues income projects. Provides financial reporting and training, ensures compliance with tax filings and audits, and maintains communication with international headquarters. Oversees financial processes to promote transparency and support the region's long-term fiscal health.

Marketing Coordinator:

Develops and implements marketing and public relations programs to promote regional and chapter events, membership growth, and retention, working closely with other coordinators. Manages media relations, advertising, press releases, and maintains communication with international headquarters to support the region's visibility and outreach.

Disperses communication between the international organization and the region, maintains internal communication channels, and oversees the regional website, database, and leadership records.
